Delivery and orders

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes. Delivery is free on UK orders over £50. For other orders, the delivery cost is calculated from the weight, size and destination of your order and shown at checkout before you pay.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to process and pack orders within 2 to 18 business days. During peak seasons and sales this can take up to 28 days. Delivery time after dispatch depends on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, we email you a confirmation with your tracking number. You can use it to follow your parcel on the courier's website.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Yes, we ship to selected countries. Customs fees, taxes and import duties may apply and are paid by the customer, so we recommend checking with your local customs office.

Returns and refunds

What is your returns policy?

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn or unused, with tags, in their original packaging and with proof of purchase.

How do I return an item?

Email us at info@lastricks.com to request a return. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if the refund is approved. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.

Can I exchange an item?

The fastest way is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.

What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?

Please check your order when it arrives and contact us straight away at info@lastricks.com if an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, so we can put it right.

Are any items non-returnable?

Personal care items such as beauty products, custom or personalised items, and perishable goods cannot be returned. Contact us if you are unsure about a specific item.

Products and offers

How do I find my size?

Sizing details are listed in each product description. For example, many of our coats come in S/M (approximately UK 8 to 12) and L/XL (approximately UK 12 to 16).

Do you have a discount for new customers?

Yes. Sign up to our emails and you will get 10% off your first order.
